Dr. Samer Halimeh, official ISKA representative for Syria has been appointed by the Syrian government as Regional Director for their National Kickboxing Federation. Dr. Halimeh is also a candidate for the Presidency election for the entire Kickboxing federation of Syria scheduled to be held in December of this year.

Bregenz, Austria;  Mr. Harald FOLLADORI is the host of the International Bregenz open tournament on November 28th. Beautiful City of Bregenz is situated on lake Bodensee and close to Germany and Swiss border, and ISKA is sanctioning this very good event. Many good fighters in Semi contact, Light contact, Ring sports and forms compete every Year in Bregenz.

This international tournament is always end of the season and coeval start for the new Qualification for World Champion ship in November 2010 in Spanish Almeria

Mr. Josef TEMML, Vice president of ISKA AUSTRIA, is advanced with immediate effect to ISKA EUROPE Chief referee and new chairman of the IRC ( International rules committee).

Mr. Dirk SCHÄFER from Germany is officially nominated as new member of the IRC.

The ISKA EUROPE  IRC consists now of five members:  Josef TEMML / AUT ,  Viktor LAZURKO / UKR , Juan PINILLA / ESP, Andras SCHLIZ / HUN and Dirk SCHÄFER / GER.
